Project Manager
The scope of a project manager's tasks is broad and can vary greatly depending on the project and the organisation. The client and the external project manager must therefore clarify in advance exactly where and how much support is needed.
Exercim's experts monitor, among other things, whether the project is performing as required and whether your time and budget targets are being met. In doing so, they work in a structured manner according to international processes (certified according to PMI-PMP).

Product Architect / System Engineer
In close cooperation with your development team, we design and are responsible for the architecture of your software application as Product Architects. As system engineers, we take care of the design, implementation, maintenance and optimization of your IT systems.
