The mind behind Exercim

Exercim Oy was founded in 2019 by computer scientist and project manager Thomas Grasse in his adopted country Finland.

With his extensive experience in the development of industrial, safety-critical software and in the agile management of internationally distributed teams, Thomas is able to bridge his customers' personnel bottlenecks quickly and easily - whether remotely from the Finland location or on-site at the customer.

Thomas' plan for the future: to further expand the team and pass on his expertise to aspiring software developers and software development managers.
